We want you to absolutely love your new pieces from Morgan the Label! If for any reason you're not head over heels in love, we're here to make it rights.

Returns:

You can return unworn, unwashed, and tags attached items within 14 days of your delivery date for a full refund or store credit. We want you to feel great in everything you buy, so if something isn't quit right, we'll make it easy to exchange or return. 

Exchanges:

If you've fallen for a different size or color, no worries! We're happy to help you swap it for something that's perfect for you.

How to Return:

Simply send us an email at hello@morgan-thelabel.com to let us know about your return, and we'll guide you through the process. please make sure the items are in their original condition with tags still attached. We cannot accept returns that have been worn or have tags missing.

Final Sale Items:

Please note, all sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Additional Info:

We do not do price adjustments on previously bought merchandise. 

Morgan the Label has the right to refuse any items if they do not meet the above criteria

If you opt to use our return shipping label, we'll deduct $5.25 from your refund once it is received and processed by us. If you choose to use your own label you must still request a return through our e-mail. 

Once we receive your return, the refund total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, minus the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 5 business days for Morgan the Label to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable

Please be aware that Morgan the Label is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. Any claims or issues regarding lost or stolen packages should be directed to the shipping carrier. 

Morgan the Label is not responsible for damages that occur to merchandise once the items have left our possession.
